The following rules set out the general mutual obligations, rights, and responsibilities when purchasing goods from an online store www.rutana.lt

Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement

The buyer selects the goods that are relevant to them, thus forming an order basket.

To continue with the order, the buyer enters the necessary personal data – first name, last name, telephone number, delivery address, payment method, etc. The contract is considered concluded when the buyer clicks "Confirm order" at the bottom of the page.

Once all steps have been completed correctly, the buyer receives confirmation of the contract.

Payment and delivery

When ordering goods from www.rutana.lt, the buyer undertakes to pay by bank transfer within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be suspended.

UAB Rutana undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the specified address in Lithuania in accordance with the concluded purchase and sale agreement and to inform about the delivery time by SMS or e-mail, unless other delivery terms were agreed upon at the time of ordering.

Buyer's rights and obligations

  • The buyer has the right to purchase in accordance with the store's established procedure.
  • When shopping at www.rutana.lt  the buyer undertakes to transfer the required amount of money to the seller's account within the period specified in the rules and to accept the ordered goods.
  • If the buyer provides inaccurate data or an incorrect address, they undertake to pay all delivery or other additional costs incurred through their fault.

Seller's rights and obligations

The seller has the right to amend the rules at its discretion. The rules applicable at the time of purchase and sale are those that were in force at the time the order was placed. If necessary, the seller has the right to obtain information identifying the buyer and confirming their right to conclude the contract.

Return of goods

  • Returns are permitted in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded by Means of Communication, approved by Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy on August 17, 2001.
  • Exchanges and returns are only possible if the sold item is undamaged and has not lost its commercial appearance. Changes in the appearance of the item and its packaging that occurred during inspection of the item are not considered significant changes in the appearance of the item.
  • The buyer shall pay the return and delivery costs.
